Hello. I realize that it’s been a few months since you boarded this flight. I also noticed that your entire cabin crew seem to have abandoned you midflight… Including the pilots. How awkward. I find it a privilege to alert you, however, that we are back and are even more set on making your inflight experience as positive as possible. We’ll have a new design and be up and running as normal by tomorrow.
